Robina Barlow
Robina Barlow strongly believes that a plant-based diet is the best way to attain optimal health, and prevent or reverse disease, and is enthusiastic about sharing this information with others.
She is certified in plant-based nutrition from T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and has learned plant-based cooking techniques through the Forks over Knives Plant-Based Cooking at the Rouxbe Cooking School.
Robina teaches Food for Life classes, regularly, in Montgomery County Maryland.
